The maltipoo is derived from cross breeding a poodle and a maltese. Maltipoo puppies
acquire the traits of their poodle and maltese parents and therefore are highly intelligent and
very willing and able to please. Loyalty is a very strong characteristic of the maltipoo breed
as they are very dependent on their human family for love and affection.
Maltipoo puppies make excellent family pets as they are playful and gentle enough to interact
with the kids yet they are able to be the perfect lapdog for any adult.
Maltipoos typically range from 4-10 lbs fully grown. The size can be attributed to the pedigree
of the parents.
Maltipoo puppies come in a multitude of colors (not limited to) cream, apricot, black, white,
tan. parti colors, chocolate.
Because the maltipoo is a mixed breed, the coat can very. The coat is either curly, straight
or a combination of both (wavy). Maltipoos are considered hypoallergenic as they are
non-shedding. Because of this, maltipoos need to be groomed fairly often.
